I am a Broker with Century 21® BJ Roth Realty Ltd. and have been in the business since 2004.

I am a life long resident of Orillia and very knowledgeable of the community and surrounding area. When dealing with me you can expect prompt and dependable quality service. My quality of commitment to my clients has earned myself Sales Awards each year since my commencement in Real Estate. I understand the importance of focusing on my clients needs and expectations and always putting my clients first. I take great pride in my referral business from past satisfied clients that I have dealt with. I understand that buying and selling a home can be a very emotional time and my promise is that I will be there every step of the way ensuring a pleasant and profitable experience. I work and live in the Orillia area and have made Orillia my home for all my life. I enjoy being outdoors and having fun with my family. I enjoy the Orillia and Surrounding area as there is so much to do here. In the winter we enjoy the wonderful ski hills close to us and great outdoor activities, the summer brings a whole new meaning with all of our wonderful lakes. We are a very active community and host many great functions in the City of Orillia, we still have the small town feel but have all the amenities. I enjoy living and working in such a vibrant community.
In 2013, Rob joined me and at that time we formed Carson Real Estate.
Rob feel's very lucky to have grown up in Orillia also - "what an amazing area we live in."
We are so lucky to have beautiful fresh water lakes surrounding the city for fun in the sun in the summer (swimming, boating, walks along the boardwalk) along with activities to get people outside in the winter (ice fishing, snowmobiling, skating, and hockey), we truly are very lucky. Local ski resorts, walking trails, conservation area, festivals, the list goes on. There is something for everyone. Growing up in Orillia, I strive to continually promote positive community and economic growth of the Simcoe-Muskoka area through showing my clients the best this area has to offer. Having working and managing a family business, I transitioned into Real Estate in 2013 to work as a Team with my wife Trish and have enjoyed that ever since. Real Estate, home building and design have long been a passion.
I value my clients trust and provide them with my specialized knowledge, competence and integrity. Buying and selling a home entails making huge decisions and with that can come a significant amount of emotions and stress. I spend the time to listen, ask questions and inform my clients.
A knowledgeable and informed client can make confident decisions. My belief is that real estate can actually be a fun process. I personally enjoy the “art of the deal”; however, you need to know the current conditions and be able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing real estate market.
One of my favourite aspects of my job is helping clients build wealth through real estate. I l enjoy helping clients find unique opportunities and helping them to manage and grow their investments. I believe very strongly in this and practice what I preach.
